Quincefin ↔ OpenCart & Horoshop
Quincefin ↔ Shops Sync is an integration middleware between QUINCEFIN (accounting / inventory) and the online shops:
- OpenCart 2.3
- Horoshop
QUINCEFIN is the master for stock and prices. The middleware sits in the middle: it receives events, reads full product and order data, and pushes changes to the storefronts (and pulls orders back into QUINCEFIN).
It exists because:
- QUINCEFIN webhooks only send an id and a timestamp — something must acknowledge them, re-fetch the real data, and fan it out.
API keys are IP-restricted; storefronts have rate limits.
- OpenCart 2.3 has no built-in API for stock or prices.
- One service with a fixed IP, a queue, and product/order mapping keeps everything consistent.
What the system does
QUINCEFIN → shops Stock and retail prices are synced to OpenCart (and optionally Horoshop catalog). Product webhooks are coalesced so bursts of edits become one push. A nightly reconcile catches anything webhooks missed.
Shops → QUINCEFIN New and updated orders are pulled every 5 minutes into QUINCEFIN as sales documents (OC-… for OpenCart, HS-… for Horoshop), with customer details in the comment, discounts applied on lines, and a fixed retail partner name.
Operator status pages (/status, order journals, live probes) show channel health, recent runs, and mapped orders without using the shop admin UI.
OpenCart plugin: Dimoks Sync
Dimoks Sync is a small OpenCart 2.3 extension (type: Feed) installed on the OpenCart storefront.
It is a real admin-visible module (Extensions → Feeds → Dimoks Sync), not loose files only. It exposes a token-protected JSON API that the middleware calls.
Admin settings
- Enable / disable the integration
- Sync token (must match OPENCART_TOKEN on the middleware service)
- Product key field: model or sku (артикул / article used to match QUINCEFIN)
- Endpoint hint for the ping URL
What the module API provides
- Ping — health / version check
- Products — read and update quantity, price, status by article key
- Orders — list orders changed since a timestamp (for pull into QUINCEFIN)
- Optional order status push back to OpenCart
Without this module, OpenCart 2.3 cannot be driven for stock/prices from QUINCEFIN.
Short one-liner
The middleware keeps QUINCEFIN stock and prices in sync with OpenCart (via the Dimoks Sync plugin) and Horoshop, and pulls storefront orders into QUINCEFIN as OC-… / HS-… documents.
